I'm just starting to research whether or not I can buy a handgun in a different state from the one my driver's license was issued.
I'm moving and I was hoping I could buy a new handgun before I went and got a new driver's license.
Any clues any one?
I'm not exactly sure how to describe myself politically except that I'm basically left-leaning. I understand that this blog is based on an oxymoron... but I can't explain it. I want the right to own and legally use firearms. So, this is where I can talk about it.

Just started reading your blog, so I'm not sure what state you're in. I know that in Alabama the only people who can buy guns are residents of Alabama, and residents of states that share a border with Alabama.
Heh, pretty stupid of me... I'm in Nevada right now.
I called up "The Gun Store" and they said the same thing. No problem, I'll just have to rush the driver's license.
